Project Manager position dealing with fire door surveys and fire risk assessments for the education and student accommodation sectorsPlanning projects and ensuring they are programmed to a high level of detailEnsuring procurement and reconciliation of materials is carried out to deliver best value and to prevent delaysEnsure site management team are briefed properly to fulfil the projectProducing relevant RAMS and HandS documents, ensuring that these are adhered toEnsure timely management of both temporary and permanent staff to meet the requirements of each projectCarrying out audits and quality assurance on completed surveys and writing report summaries for internal and external stakeholdersQualifications / Ideal candidate

Must have Project Management experience within the fire surveys and assessments market sectorMust have related qualifications / accreditations such as BM Trada, FIRAS, FDIS, AISM, FRAS etcIdeally will have worked way up from tools / carrying out door remedial works into supervisory positionExcellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbalHigh levels of organisationComputer Literate (Microsoft ..... full job details .....
