Project Manager - Passive Fire

A growing specialist contractor is looking to appoint an FRA Project Manager to support the delivery of Fire Risk Assessment remedial works and passive fire protection projects across social housing and occupied residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in construction, property maintenance, social housing or passive fire protection who is looking to develop their project management career within a specialist and increasingly important area of the construction sector. You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from mobilisation and surveys through to programming, remedial works, quality assurance and final completion. The Role You will be responsible for helping coordinate multiple FRA remedial and passive fire protection projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required standards. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the delivery of multiple FRA remedial and passive fire protection projects. Assisting with project mobilisation, surveys, programming, installation, inspection and close-out. Coordinating operatives, surveyors, subcontractors, materials and site attendance. Monitoring progress and proactively identifying delays, access issues and project risks. Attending sites to monitor progress, quality and compliance.
