Our client is well-established, specialist contractor that specialises in all aspects of groundworks and reinforced concrete sub-structures and super-structures.

About the Role

Project Manager required to oversee the successful delivery of a commercial project in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring the projects is delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinating project teams, subcontractors, and consultants

- Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and overall performance

- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

- Liaising with clients and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

- Managing project risks, variations, and reporting on progress

- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification

Requirements

- Proven experience working as a Project Manager within the construction industry

- Ability to demonstrate having previously worked on groundworks and RC frame structures

- Proficient in using Asta Powerproject, Microsoft Project, and standard reporting systems

- Strong understanding of construction project delivery and management process

- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and project teams

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
