You''ll work at the earliest stage of the lifecycle - shaping ambiguous problems into structured proposals, developing business cases, and guiding projects through Portfolio Entry and early governance controls. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic thinking, investigative problem-solving, and bringing clarity to high-impact initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesLead pre-concept investigations and define scope, schedule and cost parametersDevelop business cases and initiation documentationSupport Portfolio Entry and early lifecycle governanceEnsure structured handover into delivery teamsExperience Required EssentialActive DV or SC clearanceExperience delivering projects in the Concept phaseBackground within Government environmentsStrong business case development experienceDesirableAPM, PMI or similar accreditationPortfolio Management exposureHybrid working (minimum 1 day per week on site).9-Day Fortnight working pattern.
