Job Opportunity: Project Manager Location: Near Swadlincote / Church Gresley Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 Start Date: ASAP Hours: Monday-Friday with half day Friday Flexi Hours: Start between 7:45am-8:15am, finish between 4:30pm-5:00pm Join a global manufacturing business and play a key role in delivering new product introductions and operational projects across a busy engineering environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer ready to step into Project Management, an established Project Manager, or a Senior Project Manager seeking a new challenge. About the Role: • Manage new product introduction (NPI) and operational improvement projects• Act as the key point of contact between customers, suppliers, stakeholders and manufacturing teams• Drive projects through the business, ensuring actions are completed and milestones achieved• Work closely with Production Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Leadership teams• Support the implementation of new work and product transfers within the factory• Coordinate activities across departments to ensure successful project delivery What We''re Looking For: • Engineering or manufacturing background is essential• Previous Project Engineering or Project Management experience• Around 4-5 years'' experience for candidates looking to step up from Project Engineer• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills• Proactive approach with the confidence to challenge, influence and drive actions• ..... full job details .....
