Project Manager

Project Manager OA is recruiting a Project Manager to join a growing team in Elstree or Farringdon.You ll manage projects across content, live, digital and experiential, taking ownership of client relationships, timelines, documentation and delivery from brief to wrap. Working alongside Senior Project Managers and Producers, you ll ensure projects run smoothly, clients are kept informed and work is delivered on time, on budget and to the required standard. You ll also help identify account growth opportunities, with scope to progress to Senior Project Manager.Location: Elstree or Farringdon Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home) Salary: £40,000Project Manager Benefits 23 days holiday plus bank holidaysPensionCommissionBreakfast provided Project Manager Key Responsibilities Manage projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and scope are maintained.Build strong client relationships and lead project communications, meetings and feedback.Work closely with Producers to coordinate deliverables, schedules and production workflows.Manage CDAs, SOWs, project trackers and commercial documentation.Maintain accurate project timelines, trackers and payment plans.Ensure POs and commercial documentation are agreed before projects begin.Manage scope changes and client feedback, protecting project margins and quality.Support budgeting, financial tracking, forecasting and reporting.Ensure all work is on-brief, on-brand and delivered to ..... full job details .....
