Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from initial handover through to successful completion.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware Project Manager who thrives in a client-facing environment and has experience managing complex, bespoke construction projects where attention to detail and quality are paramount.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from pre-construction through to installation and final handoverAct as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate internal teams including Commercial, Design and Site OperationsMonitor budgets, project costs, variations and overall project profitabilityEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standardsManage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising workloads effectivelyIdentify commercial opportunities and risks throughout project deliveryProduce and maintain project programmes using planning softwareResolve project challenges and provide practical solutions when issues ariseRequirementsMinimum 5 years'' experience within a Project Management role in the construction industry (unless considered exceptional)Experience delivering bespoke construction projects with tight ..... full job details .....
