Project Management (6-Month Contract)Location: Between Watford and Aylesbury Contract Type: 6 months We are seeking a strategic and delivery-focused professional to lead a key quality compliance initiative within a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong project management capabilities and a background in quality systems, looking to drive meaningful change through the implementation of a new Quality Management System (QMS). Key Objectives:Lead the planning and phased implementation of a new QMS across the organisationCoordinate cross-functional engagement to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and operational needsOversee internal and external audit readiness and responseMonitor regulatory developments and ensure timely updates to internal processesSupport documentation and reporting frameworks to maintain compliance visibilityFacilitate training and awareness programmes to embed quality cultureProvide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders and project sponsors Ideal Profile:Proven experience delivering quality or compliance projects in a regulated manufacturing settingStrong understanding of ISO9001, ISO22716, FDA, TGA or similar standardsFamiliarity with e-QMS platforms and digital documentation systemsExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsComfortable managing timelines, risks, and change across multiple teamsScientific or technical background preferred (e.g. Chemistry, ..... full job details .....
