Responsibilities- Manage day to day site delivery of passive fire protection works Oversee firestopping, fire barriers and structural steel protection packages. Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and labour resources Ensure works are delivered in line with programme requirements. Attend site meetings and liaise with clients and project stakeholders. Maintain quality, safety and compliance standards. Support reporting and programme updates to senior management. Working Hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm Requirments SMSTS + Black CSCS Card- Driving licence and vehicle Strong PM-level construction experience Proven passive fire protection site delivery experience Ideally CIOB membership or HNC/HND background We offer competitive rates for the right candidate, with rates depending on experience.
