Project Manager

Orbit Workforce Solutions is currently supporting a specialist contractor within the passive fire protection sector who is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee site-based delivery across multiple live-projects.

Responsibilities-

• Manage day to day site delivery of passive fire protection works
• Oversee firestopping, fire barriers and structural steel protection packages.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and labour resources
• Ensure works are delivered in line with programme requirements.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients and project stakeholders.
• Maintain quality, safety and compliance standards.
• Support reporting and programme updates to senior management.

Working Hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm

Requirments

• SMSTS + Black CSCS Card-
• Driving licence and vehicle
• Strong PM-level construction experience
• Proven passive fire protection site delivery experience
• Ideally CIOB membership or HNC/HND background
