Project Manager

OCS are currently recruiting for an experienced No.1 Project Manager to join a leading main contractor on a circa 90m major scheme in West London. This is a high-profile, fast-paced project requiring a Project Manager who is used to taking ownership of major construction projects and operating at a senior level across delivery, client management, SHE, quality and project documentation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in delivering major shell and core projects, rather than coming predominantly from a residential or housing background. The Project The scheme is a circa 90m development in Southall, with a significant shell and core element encompassing: Major civils and groundworks Structural frame Building envelope Landscaping Utilities and infrastructure Coordination of multiple specialist subcontractors and supply-chain partners The project is being delivered at pace, with the client based on site. As a result, this is a highly client-facing position, where communication, professionalism and the ability to build strong working relationships will be critical. The Role As the No.1 Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, ensuring the scheme is delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.
