This is a high-profile, fast-paced project requiring a Project Manager who is used to taking ownership of major construction projects and operating at a senior level across delivery, client management, SHE, quality and project documentation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in delivering major shell & core projects, rather than coming predominantly from a residential or housing background. The Project The scheme is a circa -90m development in Southall, with a significant shell & core element encompassing: Major civils and groundworks Structural frame Building envelope Landscaping Utilities and infrastructure Coordination of multiple specialist subcontractors and supply-chain partners The project is being delivered at pace, with the client based on site.
