Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver community-focused projects that create positive, lasting change across Devon. Salary: £32,453 per annum Location: Exeter, Devon, with hybrid working Hours: 36.25 hours per week, full time Contract: Permanent Closing date: 12 noon, Monday 21 September Interviews: Thursday 1 October Benefits include a generous pension, 25 days'' annual leave plus bank holidays and flexible hybrid working. About the role This is an exciting opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of projects supporting rural, coastal and market town communities across Devon. Working with communities, partners, funders and stakeholders, you will take projects from development and planning through to successful delivery, ensuring they are delivered on brief, on budget and on time. Key responsibilities will include: Managing community development and regeneration projects, including budgets, resources, monitoring and reporting. Engaging with communities to identify local needs and develop community-led solutions. Supporting community groups, charities, social enterprises and small businesses through information, advice and training. Developing and delivering consultancy projects and contracts. Building effective relationships with funders, statutory bodies, voluntary sector organisations and other partners. Delivering presentations, training and community engagement activities.
