Based in Southampton, this role offers a dynamic and challenging environment with opportunities for professional growth.ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Manager, you will:Project ManagementLead all aspects of project delivery from initiation to completion and handover.Ensure scope, schedule, and budget targets are met.Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.Communication and CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact between internal teams and customers.Coordinate design, scheduling, logistics, delivery, installation, snagging, and commissioning activities.Liaise with trade contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.Documentation and Technical SubmittalsPrepare technical submittals, method statements, OandM manuals, and subcontract purchase specifications.Raise purchase requisitions and maintain effective communication with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and clients.Financial ManagementManage project finances to maximise profitability and maintain positive cash flow.Prepare applications for payment, invoices, cost reports, and cost-to-complete forecasts.Oversee supply chain purchase orders and authorise payments.Compliance and Systems ManagementAdhere to company processes, procedures, and customer ..... full job details .....
