The strip-out phase has already been completed, and the successful candidate will oversee the full internal fit-out package through to completion.ResponsibilitiesTake full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site as the No.1 on site.Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades.Oversee internal fit-out works including MandE, drylining, ceilings, flooring, joinery and finishes.Ensure work is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.Manage site health and safety, quality control and site documentation.Attend and lead site meetings.Liaise with project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.Drive the project through to a successful handover.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager on refur...
