DescriptionResponsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of activities, ensuring programme sessions and related activities run smoothly, meet agreed timelines and provide a high-quality experience for participating sites. Coordinate delivery partner inputs and outputs, maintaining clear communication, tracking progress and supporting partners to deliver their commitments effectively. Monitor participant uptake, engagement and Trust-level progress, identifying where additional support or follow-up is needed to maintain momentum across the programme. Lead the programme''s structured peer-learning and capability-building approaches, including communities of practice, action learning sets and quality improvement focused sessions with NHS senior leaders. Act as a key operational point of contact for programme participants and delivery partners, resolving day-to-day delivery issues and escalating sensitive, complex or wider risks to the Senior Implementation Programme Manager where required.
