Project Manager - New Build Construction

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background working for a Main Contractor?

Do you have experience leading Education & Highrise projects?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with one of the industry-leading Tier 1 Main contractors in the country, who are currently on the look out for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects, within the Education and Highrise sectors,-ensuring that all works are being completed to budget, deadline and quality demands.-

What are we looking for?

• Prior experience as a Project Manager overseeing Highrise, Education or commerical projects.
• Valid SMSTS
• UK Driving License-
• NVQ Level 7 in Construction Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed construction plans, timelines, and work schedules
• Liaise with the Site Manager to ensure that all works are being completed in a timely manner, whilst maintaining quality in line with company policy.
• Report into the Operations Manager and provide feedback on Project status-on
• Pro-actively identify project risks and work extensively to reduce delays.
• Facilitate final inspections and approvals.
