We’re excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and highly regarded creative business, for an experienced Project Manager to join their fantastic team. This is a key role within one of their UK-based teams, offering the chance to work with high-profile clients and play a vital part in delivering projects to the highest standard.
You’ll be based at their modern studios in Southend-on-Sea, with a weekly visit to client offices in Central London.
The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing projects from initial brief through to final file release, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded. You’ll act as the link between clients and internal teams, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth project delivery.
Full training will be provided on internal processes and client/brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring critical paths and deadlines are achieved.
- Keep documentation up to date, including financial tasks and invoicing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Provide daily updates on project status, risks, and challenges.
- Ensure briefs are accurate, SLA’s are met, and processes are followed.
- Attend meetings, create micro-critical paths, and deliver accurate workload projections.
- Support internal teams with queries and escalate issues when required.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- 2 years’ experience in project management (preferably in artwork and reprographics).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Confidence in managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- A professional, client-facing manner and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Competence with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Experience in artwork, print, or pre-press is highly advantageous.
