Including major data centre developments. We''re looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a significant data centre project in Cambois, Northumberland. About the Role As Project Manager, you''ll take full responsibility for the safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of the Cambois project, managing site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure Naughton''s high standards are maintained throughout. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of the project across groundworks, earthworks, and civil engineering packages, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and within budget. Develop and maintain the project programme, coordinating resources, subcontractors, and materials to meet key milestones. Act as the primary point of contact for the client, consultants, and stakeholders, building strong working relationships throughout the project. Lead, manage, and motivate the site team, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Work closely with the commercial team on cost control, valuations, and change management.
