      <description>Location: Manchester | Salary: &amp;pound;80000 - &amp;pound;85000/annum | Type: Permanent | The Company:   We are working with a successful, well-established contractor who have asked us to source a Project Manager to join their team. The business in question are a cash rich contractor turning over £400m per year and typically take on projects valued to £200m+ predominantly in the student accommodation, mid/high rise residential sectors.    The Role:   They are now in a position to recruit a Project Manager to lead a £30m, steel frame Student Accommodation scheme in Manchester.  They are looking to meet with local individuals who have experience working as a Project Manager for a main contractor on similar schemes to those mentioned above.  You will have experience working on a steel frame, mid/high-rise projects, ideally valued at £30m+.  You will be based in or able to travel to Manchester on a daily basis.    Rewards:   You will be working with a forward thinking, award-winning contractor who deliver high-profile, exciting projects.  You will receive a good salary and package that includes a wide variety of benefits and a company who can provide a challenging and supportive working environment.</description>
