      <description>Location: Bolton | Salary: &amp;pound;60000 - &amp;pound;65000/annum | Type: Permanent | The Company:   We are working with a well-established, regional building contractor who are active in a number of market sectors and are particularly good at securing industrial, commercial, education, leisure and residential schemes. They have recently secured a number of new contracts and have the opportunity to bid for further work via great, historic client relationships. They have a very knowledgeable senior management team and have the feel of a smaller family business where employees are valued and supported.   The Role/You:   Due to a healthy pipeline of work, they are now in a position to recruit a Project Manager to lead a £5m education project in Greater Manchester.  They are looking to meet with local individuals who have worked as a number 1, ideally on education or similar schemes to those mentioned above.  The majority of their upcoming work is in the Greater Manchester &amp; Lancashire regions.
