Project Manager - Tranche 5 Operational Project Manager (T2 Baggage Programme) Summary As the Tranche 5 Operational Project Manager for the Terminal 2 Baggage Programme (T2BP) at Heathrow, you will be responsible for leading and managing all construction delivery operations, both day and night. Your role involves planning, organising, and overseeing logistics across multiple sites including Terminal 2, Starlight Light Point compound, Delivery Marshalled Zones airside, and the Colnbrook Logistics Centre. You will act as the principal liaison between our client, supply chain partners (Beumer, Fujitsu, AviBC), Heathrow Airport Limited (HAL) teams, and other Tier 1 suppliers. You will develop, maintain, and own the logistics strategy aligned with employer requirements and company policies, ensuring smooth coordination of material movements, site waste management, and temporary traffic management. Your responsibilities include managing logistics personnel, site access, welfare facilities, and workforce forecasting. You will champion best practices in health and safety, provide guidance on HAL Fulcrum and logistics processes, and represent the programme at logistics meetings with Heathrow and strategic partners.
