Project Manager

An arm''s-length Government body are seeking a highly organised and experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. The role will provide leadership, governance, stakeholder management, risk oversight, and strategic delivery expertise across a portfolio of business and technology change initiatives. As part of the Delivery Team, the Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives effectively. They will ensure that time, cost, and quality are actively monitored and managed throughout delivery, while ensuring appropriate governance frameworks are followed. The role is permanent and based 2 days a week in South London on a salary of around 70,000pa. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-profile projects.Develop and maintain project management plans, financial budgets/ forecasts and resource plans.Ensure project objectives, scope, benefits, and success criteria are clearly defined and managed.Monitor project performance and take corrective action where required to maintain delivery commitments.Manage project dependencies, assumptions, issues, risks, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, sponsors, business leaders, and delivery teams.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and decision-making ..... full job details .....
