This is a high-impact role in a growing part of the business-driving design-and-build delivery using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) , with a strong focus on programme certainty, safety, quality, and client experience. You''ll take projects from early engagement through design coordination, manufacture/offsite production, logistics, on-site installation and handover-working closely with internal teams, designers, modular suppliers and site delivery. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of modular / MMC construction projects , ensuring safe, predictable outcomes.
