Working within the Programme Management Office, you will drive organisational change, improve volunteering processes and structures, and help maximise support for people affected by MND. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver priority projects from initiation through to implementation and handover. Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, governance documentation and status reports. Manage project scope, risks, budgets, timelines and dependencies. Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and with external suppliers. Map and review volunteering processes, identifying opportunities for improvement. Support change management activity, including engagement, training and adoption monitoring. Facilitate project meetings, workshops and decision-making forums. Monitor project milestones and provide regular progress updates.
