Project Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead impactful projects that support and strengthen volunteer networks across the MND Association. Working within the Programme Management Office, you will drive organisational change, improve volunteering processes and structures, and help maximise support for people affected by MND. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver priority projects from initiation through to implementation and handover. Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, governance documentation and status reports. Manage project scope, risks, budgets, timelines and dependencies. Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and with external suppliers. Map and review volunteering processes, identifying opportunities for improvement. Support change management activity, including engagement, training and adoption monitoring. Facilitate project meetings, workshops and decision-making forums. Monitor project milestones and provide regular progress updates. Develop communication plans to support successful project delivery and implementation About You Essential Experience delivering complex change projects across multiple teams or locations. Experience working with volunteers or volunteering-focused projects. Proven Project Manager experience using recognised project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
