This exciting scheme involves the refurbishment and conversion of an existing residential building into a high-quality 42-bedroom HMO, together with the construction of a new basement beneath the garden and a three-storey extension above the existing structure. The project is already live on site, with Phase 1 running until the end of the year and Phase 2 completing in March, offering a long-term freelance assignment.
