Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and implementation of capital works across both sitesCollaborate with architects, estates colleagues, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and progressDevelop and manage project timelines, budgets, and risk registersProvide regular updates to senior leadership and governance bodiesEnsure delivery of high-quality outcomes that meet operational and user needs ProfileProven experience in managing capital projects, ideally within healthcare, charity, or public sector settingsStrong communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work independently and flexibly across multiple sitesComfortable with part-time working arrangementsDesirable Qualifications and ExperienceDegree or ..... full job details .....
