Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction and modular projects from design handover through to completion.DescriptionManage projects from initial design handover through to completion.Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, milestones, and KPIs.Coordinate offsite manufacturing and onsite construction activities.Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to achieve programme targets.Ensure full compliance with CDM regulations, RAMS, Health and Safety legislation, and industry standards.Conduct regular site visits and monitor quality, productivity, and performance.Chair project meetings, record actions, and ensure timely completion.Monitor budgets, costs, resources, and project risks.Liaise with clients, local authorities, utilities, and regulatory bodies.Produce regular progress reports for senior management.Drive continuous improvement and share best practice across projects.ProfileYou will be a proactive and organised project professional with a strong construction background and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
