Project Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of construction projects from initial design handover through to completion. Based in Coventry, with regular site visits, you will oversee programme management, compliance, quality, health and safety, stakeholder engagement and operational delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. DescriptionThe Project Manager will:Manage the full project lifecycle from design handover to final completion.Develop, maintain and monitor project programmes, milestones and KPIs.Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and external stakeholders.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.Manage site operations in line with CDM regulations, health and safety legislation and company procedures.Chair project meetings, record actions and monitor progress against agreed deliverables.Conduct regular site visits, ensuring the smooth and compliant running of projects.Oversee procurement activities and supply chain ..... full job details .....
