Manage resources, timelines, and deliverable to ensure projects meet agreed objectives. Governance and Compliance Apply PRINCE2 (or equivalent) methodology and tailor appropriately for each project. Ensure adherence to firm''s project governance framework, including risk, quality, and change control processes. Stakeholder Management Identify and engage stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and reporting throughout the project life-cycle. Prepare and present progress reports to the Head of Operational Transformation and project boards. Risk and Issue Management Proactively identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary.
