Project Manager / Project Engineer Marine Engineering Up to 65,000 Yateley (Hybrid Working 2-3 days per week on-site) MERITUS are working with a highly specialised engineering organisation delivering bespoke, low-volume, high-value systems into defence, offshore and advanced technology environments.They''re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join, requiring strong engineering awareness, hands-on delivery ownership, and the ability to operate confidently with both customers and multidisciplinary technical teams.You will take ownership of complex, custom-built systems projects, managing the full lifecycle from concept through to delivery, working closely with Systems Engineers and acting as a key interface between the business and the customer.This role is ideally suited to individuals from defence, aerospace, electronics or complex manufacturing environments who are comfortable operating in technically demanding, customer-facing delivery roles.
