A growing company specialising in the delivery of end-to-end turnkey solutions across the process industries is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of on-site installation projects. We are looking for a Project Manager to lead industrial pipework installation projects across multiple laboratory and healthcare sites, with a specific focus on

medical gas systems . This role predominantly covers locations across the South of England.The Role

Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full project lifecycle for industrial pipework and medical gas system installationsReview and manage construction contracts, and oversee mechanical design coordinationDevelop project programmes, allocate labour, and drive workforce productivityProcure materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with HTM 02-01 and relevant medical gas standardsConduct site surveys, manage site setup, and ensure full HandS compliance (RAMS, COSHH)Lead client meetings, monitor progress, control budgets, and manage variationsSupervise Contract Managers and deliver validation/compliance documentation for medical gas systemsRequired Skills and ExperienceProven experience in managing industrial or mechanical engineering projectsStrong background in

medical gas systems

(design, installation, validation, commissioning)Solid understanding of pipework systems and healthcare/industrial installationsKnowledge of industry standards and regulations for medical gas applicationsSkilled in contract management, project programming, and cost controlExcellent leadership, organisational, and communication skillsStrong knowledge of HandS requirements and ability to manage multiple customer sitesThe PackageCompetitive salary: £70,000 – £80,000 with progression opportunitiesHigher salaries available for exceptional candidatesSeniority level
