MandE Project Manager - Award Winning Business Location: Essex / London Salary: Competitive + Package (DOE) up to 70k About the Role Hawkes Recruitment is working with a well-established Mechanical and Electrical contractor that is looking to appoint an experienced MandE Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple mechanical and electrical projects from award through to completion. This position will suit someone with strong project delivery experience who can manage programmes, subcontractors, commercial aspects and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities - Project Delivery - Take ownership of MandE projects from pre-start through to final handover. - Develop and manage project programmes to ensure deadlines and milestones are achieved. - Coordinate subcontractors, labour, suppliers and materials. - Ensure project information is communicated effectively to engineers and site teams. - Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and programme. - Identify project risks, delays and issues early and implement corrective action. Maintain accurate project records and reporting throughout delivery. Commercial Management - Understand project scope, specifications and contractual obligations. - Identify and manage variations and additional works. - Obtain quotations and submit variation pricing to clients. - Monitor project costs and track budget performance. - Assist with ..... full job details .....
