Project Manager (Mechanical and Electrical)

Fawkes and Reece West are currently working with an established MandE client who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a temporary basis.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing MandE refurbishment works on a hotel and spa complex in Windsor, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MandE Project Manager with a strong refurbishment background to join a significant project for an extended period.Key ResponsibilitiesTake overall responsibility for the successful delivery of MandE refurbishment works.Manage and coordinate MandE subcontractors, engineers, site teams and suppliers.Ensure works are delivered in accordance with the programme, specifications and project requirements.Coordinate MandE works with the wider construction and refurbishment programme.Monitor progress, productivity and quality throughout the project.Attend and lead project meetings, progress meetings and coordination meetings as required.Liaise with the client, consultants, contractors and other key stakeholders.Identify and manage project risks, issues and potential delays.Ensure all works comply with relevant health and safety legislation, project procedures and site requirements.Monitor project costs and assist with commercial management where required.Review drawings, specifications, programmes and technical information.Ensure appropriate ..... full job details .....
