Their North West office has experienced significant growth, with a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming projects across the region. They deliver a range of new-build and refurbishment projects, with a particularly strong presence within the healthcare and hospital sectors. As the business continues to take on projects as Principal Contractor, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager with a construction, civils and/or M&E background to complement their existing expertise. The Role You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, subcontractors, consultants and internal M&E teams.
