Project ManagerLocation: Whiteley (Fareham, Hampshire) - hybrid Duration: 6 months Rate: 500- 550 per day (Umbrella) IR35: Inside Clearance: Applicants must either hold current SC Clearance or be eligible to obtain thisOverviewYou''ll lead delivery within a regulated, critical national infrastructure environment-owning planning, governance, stakeholder management, and safe delivery into service.Responsibilities:Plan, budget, report, execute and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification. Prepare affected staff and business areas for new ways of working. Manage virtual teams via matrix management and line manage members of the Project Delivery Team. Follow appropriate governance within the regulatory framework of a licensed critical national infrastructure organisation. Support Project Delivery Practice management tasks, such as the Project Managers Working Group. Demonstrate adherence to organisational behaviours. Maintain high levels of expertise and credibility through continuous professional development. Ensure Operational Safety and Health and Safety activities are undertaken for all projects.Skillset/experience required:Project Management qualification (APM PMQ/APM or equivalent). STEM degree and/or extensive experience in a management role, notably in Project and Programme Management. Proven experience in delivery and integration of complex projects.
