Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major delivery programme in South London. This long-term contract role will involve overseeing construction works from inception through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards. Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.Key Responsibilities:Lead the delivery of construction activities across a major data centre/construction projectManage project programmes, budgets and resource allocationCoordinate multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and commissioning functionsLiaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholdersMonitor project progress and implement corrective action where requiredMaintain high health and safety standards across all project activitiesChair progress meetings and produce detailed project reportsManage project risks, change control, quality and documentation processesJob Requirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager within data centre, mission-critical, commercial or major infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of construction project lifecycles and delivery methodologiesExperience managing multiple subcontractors, consultants and stakeholdersStrong programme management, commercial awareness and organisational skillsExcellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilitiesUnderstanding of health and safety, quality assurance and risk ..... full job details .....
