Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing interior outfit team. This is an excellent opportunity for a project professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing projects from concept through to completion.
Working across the cruise, ferry, defence, and superyacht sectors, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality interior outfit projects worldwide. From commercial handover through to onsite installation and project close-out, this role will involve close collaboration with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage marine interior outfit projects from handover through to successful completion.
  • Plan project delivery, procurement, resources, and logistics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project meetings and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, identifying risks and implementing solutions where required.
  • Produce project programmes, financial reports, and commercial documentation.
  • Support site resource planning and recommend improvements where appropriate.
  • Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained across all project sites.
  • Take ownership of smaller projects from initiation through to completion when required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver exceptional client outcomes.


The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic project environment. You will enjoy problem-solving and have a strong track record of delivering complex projects successfully.



Experience & Skills:

  • Experience within the marine or interior outfit industry.
  • Experience managing projects involving multiple trades and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of marine sectors such as cruise, ferry, defence, or superyacht would be advantageous.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and scopes of work.
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.


Requirements:

  • Right to live and work in the UK.
  • Willingness to travel globally, sometimes at short notice.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety.
  • Compliance with company drug and alcohol policies, including random testing.
  • Ability to obtain SC-level security clearance.
