Key Requirements: Proven Project Manager experience within highways and structures. Strong understanding of project delivery, programme management, and client liaison. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and site teams. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Strong commercial awareness and reporting experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills. NEC contract experience desirable.
