Our client, a leading organisation within the rail and infrastructure sector, is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Rail Division. This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to work on multiple high-profile rail projects in the South East, with a Central London base and hybrid working arrangement. Regular travel to project sites will be required.Key Responsibilities:Lead the delivery of multiple rail projects from inception through to completionAct as the client interface, managing consultants, contractors, and delivery partnersMaintain control of programme, cost, risk, and change management processesProvide strong commercial oversight, including cost reporting, forecasting, and value managementManage projects under NEC forms of contract, ensuring contractual complianceBuild and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and supply chain partnersEnsure robust governance, reporting, and assurance processes are in placeJob Requirements:Our client is seeking professionals with a strong client-side or consultancy background rather than those coming purely from a construction background.
