Acting as the key link between customers, operations and administration teams, the Project Manager will bring structure, planning and control to a fast-paced and reactive maintenance environment. Main Duties & Responsibilities Manage vessel maintenance, repair, refit, survey and inspection projects from enquiry through to completion. Review work packages and define project scope, schedules, resource requirements and delivery milestones. Coordinate vessel movements, labour, materials, subcontractors and operational resources to ensure efficient project delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor progress, manage risks and adapt plans to accommodate urgent repairs, operational constraints and changing priorities.
