Role Title: Project Manager Duration: 9 Months Location: Rugby - (3 days onsite) Rate: Market Rate via Umbrella Clearance: BPSS We are seeking an accomplished Project Engineering Manager with a strong engineering background and a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects from concept through to completion. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineering professional who combines exceptional project leadership with deep technical understanding, capable of driving transformation, overcoming project challenges, and delivering measurable business improvements. The successful candidate will lead high-profile engineering programmes, managing the full project lifecycle while ensuring technical excellence, product quality, budget adherence, and on-time delivery. You will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to capture, validate, and translate system requirements into successful project outcomes. A key aspect of this position is the ability to identify, recover, and successfully deliver stalled or underperforming projects. You will provide strategic direction, remove barriers, manage technical risks, and create high-performing teams focused on achieving customer and business objectives.
