Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join an established specialist business operating within the construction and steelwork sector.The business specialises in the design, fabrication and installation of highly engineered steelwork, staircases and balustrade systems, delivering projects ranging from one-off applications through to complex multi-site and multi-flight installations.As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of allocated projects and contracts, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality and contractual standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTake responsibility for the project and contract management of allocated projects.Manage projects from initial planning through to completion.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.Manage the day-to-day activities of site staff and construction works.Ensure site personnel comply with health and safety requirements and standard operating procedures.Manage project programmes, contractual documentation, orders, bonds and warranties.Ensure projects meet all quality, health and safety, environmental and contractual requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors and suppliers.Work closely with Site Supervisors, Project Surveyors, Commercial, Drawing Office and Production teams.Attend site visits, client meetings and project ..... full job details .....
