Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of major construction and civil engineering projects. This role is responsible for overall project leadership, ensuring delivery across safety, commercial performance, programme, quality, and client satisfaction.You will act as the key point of contact for the client and provide clear leadership to the project team, driving performance and ensuring all works are delivered in line with contractual, technical, and business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary company representative across all project interfacesServe as the main client contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectationsLead and develop the project team, ensuring roles, behaviours, and performance align with project objectivesDevelop, manage, and monitor the construction programme to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to specificationOversee production controls, progress reporting, and performance improvement initiativesImplement and enforce safety, quality, and environmental management systemsLead the development of Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Construction Phase Plans, and Quality PlansPromote a strong safety culture with zero tolerance for unsafe practicesEnsure compliance with all statutory training, IMS, QMS, and environmental requirementsPlan and manage labour, plant, and material requirements in coordination with commercial and operational teamsCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, ..... full job details .....
