Project Manager - MandAOutside IR35 - 5 days onsiteWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions to lead critical integration projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that newly acquired businesses are effectively integrated into our existing IT landscape, with minimal disruption to operations.This is a highly stakeholder-focused role, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end IT integration projects following mergers and acquisitionsEngage with senior stakeholders across business units to gather requirements and align expectationsDrive the integration of key systems (ERP, CRM, infrastructure, and operational platforms)Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registersEnsure seamless data migration, system compatibility, and process alignmentCoordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver integration milestonesProvide regular status updates to leadership and escalate risks where appropriateSupport post-integration optimisation and continuous improvement initiativesKey Skills and ExperienceProven experience as an IT Project Manager in MandA environmentsStrong track record of delivering system integration projects within manufacturing or distribution sectors (preferred)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience integrating enterprise systems such as ERP ..... full job details .....
