Project Manager Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire Job Type: Permanent Salary: Up to 65,000, potentially 70,000 for an exceptional candidate Working Pattern: Hybrid, typically 3 to 4 days on site per week Managed complex aerospace or defence engineering projects? They''re looking for an experienced Project Manager who understands the realities of delivering complex engineering and manufacturing programmes, particularly where new technologies, demanding customers and tight deadlines come together. This isn''t simply a case of updating project plans and chasing progress reports. You''ll take ownership of technically challenging projects, working closely with engineering, manufacturing and commercial teams to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standards. What you''ll be doing: Managing engineering and manufacturing projects from initial planning through to delivery. Developing and maintaining project schedules, milestones, budgets and resource plans. Leading projects through industrialisation, new product introduction and production readiness. Acting as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
