Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to oversee projects from initial brief through to final file release. You will ensure all projects follow defined processes and timelines, meeting client expectations at every stage. Key ResponsibilitiesManage assigned projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and standardsMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including financial trackingProcess timely and accurate invoicing in line with client requirementsMonitor costs and aged debt, escalating issues where necessaryFollow established workflows and guide stakeholders through each stageEnsure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently metAct as a key liaison between clients and internal teamsProvide clear communication on project status, risks, and challengesAttend relevant project meetings and contribute effectivelyDevelop and manage detailed project timelines aligned to client launch schedulesProduce weekly workload forecasts and activity reportsSupport teams with artwork and pre-press queriesEscalate risks or issues to senior leadership when requiredSkills and ExperienceStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritise workload and meet critical deadlinesExperience building and managing client and internal relationshipsProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelQualifications and RequirementsMinimum 2+ years'' experience in project ..... full job details .....
