CSA Project Manager Civil Engineering Contractor Data Centre Project Permanent: Up to £90,000 + Package Location: Teeside We are currently searching for a Project Manager with a strong background in CSA (Civil, Structural and Architectural) package for one of the UK''s most anticipated Data Centre project. This 500,000 sqm campus is set to be the largest Data Centre hub in Europe, with the first phase lasting 3 years. As Project Manager, you will be charged with overseeing a variety of packages, including Earthworks Groundworks Substructure Superstructure Responsibilities: Manage the successful delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) packages from pre-construction through to project completion. Coordinate and oversee all site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers to ensure efficient project execution. Develop, monitor, and update project programmes, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where required. Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, quality standards, design specifications, and project procedures. Liaise closely with clients, consultants, design teams, and internal departments to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
