The project is a new build industrial scheme whereby this contractor will oversee the delivery of the groundworks package up to structures. The project has a value of £5m and a 35-week programme.   The Role : Managing groundworks packages from pre-start through to completion, ensuring safe, on-time and on-budget delivery Planning and coordinating all site activities, including earthworks, drainage, foundations, roads and external works Leading site teams, including Site Managers, Engineers and subcontractors, driving productivity and performance Managing client and main contractor relationships, attending meetings, reporting progress and resolving issues Overseeing programme delivery, sequencing works and managing resources, plant and materials effectively Commercial oversight in conjunction with the QS, including valuations, variations, cost control and forecasting Ensuring compliance with HSE...
